The Product has been developed by VICAM, A Waters Business for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a validated database or advice concerning any particular course of action to be taken by the user. The information provided in and the contents of this Product are subject to change without notice. Waters is not obligated to correct errors, if any, or make any changes or modifications to the Product.
Waters does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, to any party, regarding the accuracy or completeness of the data contained in the Product. USER ACCEPTS THE PRODUCT "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, AND WATERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ERROR FREE OPERATION.
